I am an anxiety specialist and have been working therapeutically with children, young people and families for 30 years, as a result I know how life limiting, exhausting and painful anxiety can be.
I am passionate about taking a collaborative approach and harnessing both the parents and young people's existing insight, knowledge, skills, strengths and talents. Together we create unique tools, strategies and solutions for lasting positive change.

Can’t sit idle as this is when your mind starts to race
Always have excuses ready in your mind in case you need to leave a situation quickly.
Have an overwhelming sense of fear
Have constant feelings of shame, guilt and confusion.

Anxiety is not developed or caused by a single factor but a combination. Genetics, personality traits, familial connection, difficult life experiences (one or many) and/or physical health.
What is known is people with anxiety often can’t see a future without it. You feel anxious most days and often struggle to remember the last time you felt relaxed. As soon as one anxious thought is resolved it is replaced by another.
As everyone is different identifying the root cause of your anxiety is unique to you.
Hello, my name is Dina and I help children, young people and adults overcome anxiety and live a full and confident life.
With my support you WILL be able to find the root of YOUR anxiety**, process this, redress this, reprogram your thinking and develop a deep-rooted resilience without having to second question every thought, reframe your thinking daily, create mind maps, write journals and read mountains of self-help books.
**RTT is a therapy that aims to address the root causes of issues/the core beliefs and patterns that drive behaviour. This is done through regression hypnotherapy, however, regression is not suitable for younger children (usually under 10 years old and therefore the root cause part of the RTT therapy differs for them.
I use Creative Visualization, Metaphors and Storytelling, Feelings-based Inquiry to find symbolic representations of their feelings and experiences, to safely help them externalize and process internal experiences, to help them identify and express the feelings they are experiencing lading to insight about the source.

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®), was developed by the award winning therapist Marisa Peer. It is a deep rooted , multi level form of hypnotherapy offering fast effective result, guaranteed to relieve any physical, emotional and physiological pain.
By using hypnosis, we are able to access core beliefs, values, habits and emotions that reside in our subconscious mind and reframe the negative, harmful beliefs into positive, truthful and helpful beliefs.
Mindfulness Teaching enhances self-awareness, emotional regulation, responsive actions and overall resilience. You learn to observe your thoughts, emotions and feeling without becoming involved with them or overwhelmed by them.
Therapeutic Coaching to help gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and achieve your desired outcomes. We develop everyday strategies that can be easily integrated into your life.
