Hypnotherapy is at the heart of RTT® and in a clinical setting hypnotherapy is calming, relaxing and life changing.

RTT® is a standalone therapy with hypnotherapy at its heart. RTT® combines the most beneficial principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, talking therapy, NLP, CBT and neuroscience to help people create powerful, positive and permanent change.

RTT® uses regressive* hypnotherapy allowing you to access your subconscious mind and go back to significant situations in your life to find out where your beliefs and patterns of behaviour originate.

Once identified those old, negative, outdated beliefs can be removed and replaced with relevant, up to date, positive and empowering beliefs that propel you towards a more vibrant life.

What is key to understand is that we cannot control our external world, but we can control our internal world if we know how.  

Once we have that control, we find it easier to navigate through life, finding joy, contentment and a sense of calm. This in turn will help us flourish.

*Regression is not practiced on children under 10 years old. For those under 10 a more integrative method of hypnotherapy is used.

Anxiety is a normal part of everyday life. It tells us that something isn’t right and needs to change or stop. You may feel worried or scared.

The brain reacts as it wants the situation that we are in to end.

Anxiety becomes a problem when there is no real threat, or the feelings of fear and worry stay with us when the threat has long gone.

Lucky for us, the brain is made to rewire itself ALL the time. It’s called neuroplasticity. Everything we think, feel and do, make and build connections. We wire everything to our brains and our nervous systems.

The brain changes depending on how we use it. We know this because of the progress of image technology that became advanced in the 1990’s (the decade of the brain).

Neurons that fire together, wire together. They are like the building blocks – the more we think it, the stronger the connections are made – everything we think, feel or do comes from these neurons as they are building the pathways and networks in our brain.

So, you can build up your ability to take control of the anxiety. You are effectively re-wiring the anxious brain.
