I have 25 years of experience working within community settings.

I have designed and delivered hundreds of bespoke group work programmes for some of the most vulnerable groups in our communities .

I am a trauma informed anxiety specialist and mindfulness coach and can create a programme of informative, practical activities that suit the needs of your group.

As my programmes are created in line with the individual needs of the organisation, I am happy to have a conversation and discuss options and prices.
